A Library of Fractal Formulas for Octane Vectron The final goal is be able to create complex fractal art in a most simple way. E.g., the awesome stuff you can create with MB3D. Having some classic formulas is just the early beginning :-)

I'm using a variety of programs (many also written by myself) to create digital abstract and fractal art. Currently, I'm publishing them on my blog. Feel free to ask me for commision work.

JWildfire is a free and user-friendly image-processing software, mostly known for its sophisticated flame-fractal-generator. Probably, it is the most powerful flame-fractal-generator available (creating a complete feature-list would really take a while :-)) It is Java-based, open-source and runs on any major computer-plattform. There is also a special Android-version for mobile devices. You can extend the software by yourself by writing Java-scripts.

Mandelbulb3D (as well as the Mandelbulb itself) was initially invented at the forum fractalforums.com. The software (also known as „MB3D") was written by the user Jesse. He used a combination of Delphi (for simplicity and speed of development) and 32 Bit assembly (for speed). After Jesse retired, I finally took over the project in 2015. So I’m the current (and only) maintainer of MB3D and continously am creating new releases since this time.

Flamet allows you to create epic fractal art on your mobile device. Unlike to those fractal-zooming/scrolling-apps, Flamelet allows you to actually create fractal art. Either from scratch or by just modifying already created art with your fingertips. Both, a playful and an exact approach are supported: you may just drag around controls or enter exact numerical values. Of course, many combinations of formulas are already well-known, but you can try out your own ideas or just play around to find out new combinations.
